I began practicing yoga in 2006 and have been teaching yoga since 2009. Mostly Bikram yoga as it is so healing and therapeutic. This practice has helped me recover from some serious injuries and misalignments. I am also a well traveled human, and I can not wait to share one of my favorite places in the world with you! Costa Rica here we come!

I just returned from my second incredible yoga retreat at Peace Retreat in Costa Rica, and I'm already counting down the days until next year! Suzanne, our host, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. The food was delicious and nourishing, and the company was wonderful. The retreat center itself is stunning, surrounded by lush nature and peaceful energy. I highly recommend Peace Retreat to anyone looking for a transformative and rejuvenating experience. We can't wait to come back

We had a fantastic time met amazing people our cabinas were so comfortable and cute. The excursions both with the whole group and the smaller one to the adventure park were a lot of fun. The food was delicious daily yoga and workshops were great. Our host Suzanne was amazing. The weather in Costa Rica was perfect. Will 100% join on more retreats with this group.

This was the most amazing trip I have ever been on. What a dream to practice yoga 2x day! and eat delicious vegan food. I did not know what to expect but left with so much more insight and peace! I made friendships that will last on a different level. Thank you!

My husband and I had such an amazing experience on this yoga retreat we are going to do this in a different country every year. Costa Rica itself is beautiful. The property was peaceful, the classes were great, the food was healthy and clean, and the people were genuine and friendly. This was an experience we will never forget!
